We are pleased to announce that our Senior Counsel Michelle E. Tarson is on the Board of Directors for the Westchester Women’s Bar Association (“WWBA”) as a chair of the Judgment Enforcement and Collections Committee. This committee endeavors to educate and assist members of the WWBA in the representation of creditors and debtors in consumer and commercial debt litigation and judgment enforcement proceedings. In addition to judgment enforcement and collection, Michelle’s practice covers a wide array of matters, including commercial litigation, contract action, defense of consumer protection and consumer claims, and creditor’s rights.
