Nick Bologna is an associate at Stagg Wabnik Law Group. His practice focuses on general liability and commercial litigation.
Nick earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2017. There, he was a member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Columbian Lawyer’s Association, Moot Court and Mock Trial. Nick earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Post University, in Waterbury, Connecticut in 2010 where he was a member of the Men’s Baseball team. He earned First Team Academic All-CACC honors in 2011-2014.
Prior to joining Stagg Wabnik, Nick was an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office and Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
